1. How about the MOQ?

---Yes the trial order is acceptable, we can accept the order of one unit game machine. Howerver, please consider the cost of the package and shipment.

2. Does the voltage and plug sastisfy our standard in our country?
---We export our game machines all around the world, we know lots of countries’ requirements on the power voltage and plug, and we will double check with the customer before we ship machines to the customers.

3. Is the OEM project acceptable?

---Basically the OEM project is acceptable and welcome, we have professional hardware engineers and professional software engineers. And we wish such OEM project is successful and profitable.

4.How about the warranty and maintenance?

---Warranty: pc board, power supply, motor and coil ( the special requirement and the OEM requirement are excluded, we will discuss individually), we supply one year warranty, and the customer will be in charge of the cost of the transportation and possible customs duty;

---Maintenance: We assist the customers to solve the problem and offer life-long maintenance during the operating period, by email, wechat, phonecall, video etc as many methods as we can.
